I am pleased to announce that ten Angling Trust Specimen Medallions have been awarded to Lyme Regis Sea Angling Club members for fish that were over a 100% specimen weight in 2015.

These prestigious national awards are highly sought by sea anglers and serve as recognition of catching specimen fish. Photos of Gold and Silver Award winners attached on website.

 

Gold Medallion Award

Boat – Darren Herbert – 1lb 14ozs Cuckoo Wrasse caught in June 2015 representing a 148.15% specimen fish.

 

Silver Medallion Award

Boat – Phil Marshall – 7lb 1oz Ballan Wrasse caught in June 2015 – 141.53% specimen fish.

Shore – Wayne Burgess – 2lb 1ozs Pouting caught in September 2015 – 134.36% specimen fish.

Boat – Steve Sweet – 1lb10ozs Red Gurnard caught in August 2015 – 128.75% specimen fish.

 

Bronze Medallion Award

Boat – Darren Herbert – 4lb 5ozs Black bream  caught in September 2015 – 123.08% specimen fish.

Shore – Darren Herbert – 4lb 14ozs Grey Mullet caught in September 2015 – 114.88% specimen fish

Boat – Josh Chestney- 45lb Conger Eel caught in September 2015 – 112.59% specimen fish

Boat – Richard Woodham – 3lb 12ozs Black Bream caught in August 2015 – 107.11% specimen fish.

Boat – Paul Crossley – 41lb 12ozs Conger Eel caught in December 2014 – 104.61% specimen fish.

Boat – Paul Blake – 1lb 5ozs Cuckoo Wrasse caught in June 2015 – 104.23% specimen fish
