
Roy Shipway - Angling Trust Specimen Award Medals
Roy was awarded a total of six Angling Trust Specimen Award medals for 2017.
He had 3 Bronze medals, 1 Silver medal and 2 Gold Medals.
The two Gold medals were awarded for two Spur Dogs that he caught in May 2017 that gave him specimen sizes of 167.19% and 160.61%.

Angling Trust Specimen Medal Presentation
At the recent LRSAC commiittee meeting held at the Lyme Regis Sailing Club a presentation was made to those members who had been awarded Angling Trust Specimen medals for 2017.
Those members who caught a fish that weighed in at 100% to 125% Specimen size were awarded a Bronze Medal. A Silver medal was awarded to those with fish between 125% - 150%. For outstanding fish that achieved in excess of 150% a Gold Medal was awarded.
This year a record 27 medals were awarded to our successful club members.

Wyvern Presentation Evening
On Saturday 27th January Wyvern Sea Angling held their annual awards presentation evening featuring the divisional Fish of the Month Competition.
LRSAC members won 24 of the awards on offer. In the Senior section we won 2 and had 4 runner -up spots. In the Junior section we won 8 and had 10 runner-up spots.
Top Individual winners were Keir Tweedale with 7 awards closely followed by Ryan Male with 5 awards
