Wednesday Night was the first LRSAC shore match of 2017.
It was fished at West Bexington by 12 members in calm and mild conditions. The bonus fish was Whiting and although plenty were caught, most were small and Skinny. There were a few Dogfish, Pouting and Poor Cod caught, but generally the fishing was hard.
1st place was Darren Herbert, 2nd Place was LRSAC new shore secretary, Bryn Thomas, and 3rd place went to Ben Male. Just missing out on the top 3 positions were new member Tom Chapple and Robert Kisielewski.
It was great to see some new members fishing the match and the club hopes there will be more on the next match, which is the first of the Saturday ones, a Rover match on the 14th of January. Sign on at the Tackle Box from 5pm
