On Wednesday 2nd November  the latest round in the Wednesday shore league took place. Seven anglers ventured to Abbotsbury for a shockingly cold session with the bonus fish being conger. Only one conger was caught, which was under size, with most anglers being plagued by pout, poor cod and generally undersized fish.

The winner with 14 points was Robert Kisielewski with 2nd place going to Darren Herbert and 3rd place to Bryn Thomas.

Next Saturday’s  match will be for best cod/whiting, please keep an eye on the website and Facebook page for the decision as to what species will be the target.
